To help your air conditioning system run it’s most efficient during the upcoming heat wave be sure to change your filters.  Dirty filters reduce air flow and increase the amount of time your system has to run putting stress on the air conditioner’s internal components.  Replacing your filters regularly helps keep your system running smoothly and prevents the buildup of dust, mold and allergens in your system. 

At a minimum, air conditioning filters should be changed at a minimum of three months.  More frequently if you have pets.
